The interview was two on one and was very relaxed in my opinion. Didn't ask anything outlandish, very patient. Wanted to know mostly about what you thought about AmeriCorps, your history with volunteering, and education background that makes you qualified. Although it is an Environmental Science related position, a degree in that field is not required
