I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AmeriCorps in Apr 2022

Interview

The interview process consisted of 3 virtual interviews (not sure if that's due to COVID protocols or normal). The first was very broad and general about the mission with someone in the CEO office. The second two were with people within the department (now no longer on staff) and were much more skill and scenario based. I did submit writing samples but didn't need to complete a writing test.
