Good, ask basic questions regarding fit and lifestyle. Overall a pretty straightforward experience and good. Be prepared to submit a lengthy online application, aside from that it is linear. Also have references ready to go.
They asked me a few questions about why I applied/etc and then some questions on different scenarios (eg when have you faced a challenge in the workplace etc.). They also pointedly asked why you are willing to work for such little pay.
There was no interview rather there was a survey that had to be completed and mailed back to headquarters to determine eligibility. It was easy to fill out and return and soon after it returned I heard back
