Interview
Applied on indeed and got a call the next day to set up an interview for next week. Went to my interview and met with the eyeglasses manager. Asked about my previous experience, describe myself in 3 words, tell me about yourself and customer interaction questions. Didn’t get a call until a week later for second interview with the main manager of the store. I interview with her and also with the front desk manager as well. Asked more questions about previous experience, customer Interaction questions. Overall super easy. All the managers were super nice and made you feel like you’ve known them for a long time!
They took me to a small room, and I was met by the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview probably lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I was able to hear back a week after the interview.
Very nice and respectful. Asked me the basic questions like past work experiences and what goals I have for my future. Lasted only about 15 minutes out of the 30 minute time slot that was listed in the scheduled interview.

Interview
Phone interview was very straight forward. The manager called and we discussed my availability and what was expected of the job. The manager sounded as if she was ready to hire me on the spot.
