I applied online through their posting on indeed. I received a call to schedule an interview. At the interview they make you fill out a paper application before meeting the manager. The optometric technician is also a part of the interviewing process though she did not participate in my interview to attend other needs of the store. The manager interrupted me multiple times which thankfully I did not receive a call back she would have been painful to work for. She asked scenario questions like what would you do if policy changes, how would you adapt to a change in policy if you do not agree with it.
