Fun and informative, lots of time to ask questions and they DM took time to get to know me. Many situational based questions and tell me what you would do questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at America's Best (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
Applied through Indeed, got an e-mail back soon after to set up a phone screen with the training manager, lasted 30 minutes. Was contacted by the District Manager 3 days later, had an hour long phone interview. Set up a third interview with the area manager the next day via web. Got a call next day to have a final sit down in person with the District manager. It all felt like a conversation about your accomplishments, goals, and what you do on a daily basis. All extremely friendly, open and honest. Very passionate about their careers!

One interview with DM , then a online test . The interview with Dm was pretty straight forward. The on line test did ask some rather difficult questions so some of them were a challenge.
