After testing, met face to face - interviewed with RVP and District Manager. Interview focused upon team development, results, optical understanding, training and coaching. From this interview, I had one additional meeting with Sr. Leader who shared her vision, focus, commitment to excellence and no nonsense values. I was honored to receive a offer after that meeting.
