America's Best Optometric Tech - Medical Assistant interview questions

I applied and the manager text the same day with when an initial interview could be made. I had given the option of the next day because it was in the afternoon and I was busy. The manager then sent that I was not selected the same day and would not be getting an interview. I see this as VERY unprofessional. I have applied for this position two times in three weeks meaning that the first person they hired did not last or they never hired anyone. But just reposted the position. I would say to be cautious about this company. I have done an interview with them before so I know the process.
