Brief call with HR coordinator who wasn't well briefed on the position and felt very amateurish. Then, requested the completion of a number of outdated, online personality tests, which was inappropriate for a more senior role. Never had the chance to discuss the role with hiring manager or anyone that knew anything about the role, though I realize I was very overqualified they should not have even bothered.
