I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process was basically what all was described here. Applied online. Asked for video interview which was about 5 questions. It's a bit odd because you are basically talking to yourself. Was asked to come for f2f in Dallas/Ft Worth. First was a video and presentation of the company, then a "get to know you" game which was relaxing and fun. Then they split us off into groups of about 5 or 6 for an interview. The took you back to the main room you start in and pulled people out one by one. If they took them to the right they were going on to a one on one interview and if you went to the left and did what they called "a walk and talk interview" you weren't going to be offered a position and were being sent home even though you will be told you will hear in two weeks whether you receive an offer or not. You will get a regret to inform you letter.
