The interview process itself was pretty straightforward. The first round was with the hiring manager on a video call. I was then invited to their office for two additional interviews - one with the hiring manager again and a counterpart from another team and the second with their boss. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed talking to them. However, after multiple rounds of interviews and going to their office, I would expect a recruiter to reach out and let me know they weren't moving forward, not a generic, canned rejection email. That's unacceptable.
