Interview
Received VI invitation 12/28/2016 giving me 5 days to completed. The next day I got a phone call from a lady from AA telling me that I have until 01/04/2017 to do VI, however I did VI on 01/02/2017. My computer was not working the audio so I had to used my cell phone. Kind of weird since you can only see yourself while you listen to the questions. Glassdoor has all the question!! however I did a mistake since the very 1st question was about telling a great customer service... and responded about a time I received a great customer service experience... after I finished it hit me... it was about a great customer service experience but me giving it... lol DAH.
Now I am waiting to see if I get the chance to F2F. But because I mixed up the question I think I wont get it. Waiting to hear back from them.
