Interview process was fairly simple. You get interviewed twice by different admin and they make a decision within weeks of interview. I was referred in however many of the the people in my group of candidates did not make it through the entire onboarding process. for one reason or another.

Did the application and got an interview in person the next day. The whole process took 3 weeks. Drug test was done on site. Waiting now to start my training
Interview was group setting, pretty straightforward and highly informative of what the job entails and what the expectations are. Went well overall, a word of advice is to be yourself and give honest answers.
