It seems like a lot of people did not study hard enough for the airport code test, can't blame them it's kind of difficult and if you are currently working must be worse.

They didn’t let you know the entire process in the email. There are five stages. Don’t underestimate the voice call exam (they don’t explain anything) city code exam takes long to learn

It was intimidating and complex. Had to learn all their destinations and the abbreviations for each within a 4 day period. They test was straightforward and included a basic grammar assessment.
