Easy process but took forever to hear back from them after submitting resume. Panel interview and no small talk or conversation prior or after interview - it was very impersonal. Felt like I was in front of a firing squad! Those on panel didn't show any personality.

They already know who they want. They post for no reason with no intention to promote from within. 55k for working 18 hour shifts of terrible airplane management. On top fo that very little flexibility to work other times.
