I will start off by saying that Glassdoor is right on point with everything you need to prepare you for both the VI & the F2F process. Although Glassdoor is frowned upon by employers/recruiters because it does take the "surprise" element out of the interview, it also sets their standards at an all time high. They are expecting you to come well prepared and have done extensive research (meaning Glassdoor, YouTube & Company Website & Social Media). Now what I want to focus on is presentation! It was upsetting to see so many applicants come this far in the interview process and not do any research on how to look/dress. If your dream is to become a Flight Attendant, you most definitely have to look like one! (THATS MORE THAN HALF THE BATTLE) Flight Attendants are the Airline's Brand Representation, so how you dress/look is KEY! Ladies: 1. HAIR: in a sleek, low bun. (Purchase the hair "donut" from any cvs/Walgreens/Duane Reade etc. and watch a YouTube tutorial) 2. MAKEUP: Very light/natural but RED LIPSTICK is a MUST. 3. JEWELRY: KEEP AT VERY MINIMAL ONE PAIR OF EARRINGS (preferably pearls or diamond studs) NO HOOPS, NOTHING DANGLING! One Necklace/Ring or none One of a required item for a FA is a WATCH so I'd highly recommend wearing one. ABSOLUTELY NO FACE PIERCINGS INCLUDING NOSE & TOUNGE RINGS & NO VISIBLE TATTOOS INCLUDING FEET, WRISTS, BEHIND EARS ETC 4. I know in the email they say come dressed "Business Casual" but they don't mean that, you NEED to be in a SUIT (Pants or skirt suit) white pressed shirt underneath. (Think Uniform) Color: Black, Blue, Gray etc. don't be scared wearing a bold color as long as it's one solid color, it may actually work in your favor and help you stand out in a good way. 5. Skin tone pantyhose are a MUST! 6. Heels are a MUST (not very high heels) Payless has the best option if you're going to purchase a new pair (Comfortplus) $40 7. Purse (solid black) you can purchase one from Walmart for $15-$20 Now you're all set & look like a Flight Attendant! :) Don't forget to bring your smile & friendly outgoing personality! ***Check the reviews below for more on the process/questions, they're ALL on Glassdoor*** I want to note that although I did get a one on one interview during the F2F I didn't get to do the reach test or the jump seat test but I still got a CJO so everyone's experience is really different.
