I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
The process, from start to finish, took about 4 months.
The video interview was simple, just a few questions were asked and they give you 3 minutes to prepare your response.
F2F was flown in to DFW for the face to face interview. This was my second time to make it to this part. They have you do a few ice-breakers, and then break you in to smaller groups (about 8 people) and they ask a few more questions. I have never made it to the last portion of the interview, but apparently they will do a reach test and a one-on-one interview if they like you. I had people from my group get to that part and receive a job offer, and also not receive a job offer.
