Online assessment then online interview. I applied in the middle of January 2018 then got the invitation to do an online interview on February 1st 2018. Make sure your do your research for this interview I learned so much on here and online. Make sure you smile!!! Every question was on this site that you would come across. I got 6 of the 8 possible so I was prepared. I made note cards with each question and my points to remind me my answer. It was still nerve wrecking to do the interview. To start I had to download the interview program then implement it. The program tells you what to do. You get the question read 2 times and then 60 seconds to gather your thoughts. Then you have 3 minutes to answer. You can end the time early if you don't need that much time. I'm just waiting on my invitation to the F2F interview. I hear it can be as short as a week to a month...
