I applied online on 1/18/2018 and received the invite to take the multiple choice survey on the 24th. Answer those honestly, but keep in mind this is a teamwork oriented and customer service heavy job. I received an email invite for a virtual interview on 1/31/18 and I completed the video interview on 2/1/18. On February 6th I received a phone call and an email inviting me to a F2F interview in Dallas on 2/21 or 2/22/18, I took the 22nd. I will post an update after the F2F (and hopeful CJO) with more information. During the video interview I wore light makeup; foundation, mascara, eyeliner, bronzer, blush, highlight, and red lipstick, with very light matte tan natural eyeshadow look (like a smokey eye but WAY played down and subtle.) My hair was back in a low bun and I wore a black blazer with a white shell underneath, as well as pearl earrings, a pearl necklace, and a watch. Make sure your nails are painted a neutral color just in case they show up in the video. As far as the questions go, I did do research, but I didn't plan out any answers because I didn't want to sound canned. I basically came up with a list of qualities I wanted them to know I possessed, and experiences I think would make me a great flight attendant, and tried to incorporate all of them into my interview.
