      LOD Flight Attendant Interview

      Mar 1, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Fort Worth, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2018

      Interview

I applied online, then offered V.I. and finally flew out to Texas for F2F. You can get a lot of info here so I wont be repetitive. I come from a professional business background so I treated this interview as such and I feel it cost me, should have taken a more personal approach. The smallest thing can leave an impression such as the recruiters asking who would like to move tables even though directed initially to move to the two front tables. It was a good experience but when I was finally going through the process I realized it wasn't a good fit for me. I would really say be yourself and try to stand out which usually isin't by coming full business suit. I did not get an offer the same day so many on here say I wont get one at all, either way I think I will go in a different direction not because of anything AA did just don't think this is a good fit for me. Really be yourself even if you are nervous saying something like "I am a waitress now and really want to improve my lifestyle" was perceived more positively than "I have a passion for customer service and my resume reflects it as such I want to continue providing world-class service to a great company".
