Applied-2/14/18 Assessment-2/16/18 Video Interview-3/3/18 Face to Face-5/3/18 The whole experience has been a great one. I’m not really sure why everyone stresses the whole f2f interview. I found it to be extremely fun and the entire staff do a great job at making you comfortable. Since everyone has already broke the process down in detail I will do it quickly. The only advice I would give is keep your answers short a lot of people in my group were telling long stories and from what I gathered none of them moved on to a one and one. Face to face (my interview was suppose to have 30 candidates but only 15 showed because of a storm that came in) 1. Welcome video 2. Walk in sign in and sit at table 3. Ice breaker group activity (really fun actually) 4. Groups of 5 are called out for group interview 5. Open floor to ask questions (as this is happening they are calling people out one by one) I can’t speak on everyone else’s experience when they got called but for me I was walked to a room for a one on one interview that asked a couple questions and then walked me over to another room where I did a reach test, sat in the jump sit, the my picture was taken with my passport and then one of my passport. From what I know only 6 of us went through the same process no one in my group got finger printed or filled out background check papers so Im not sure what the next step of the process is or what the next step is if there is one. Anyone have a similar experience?
