I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process for this position. I applied online and completed the assessment in the same day. About 4 days later, I was invited to complete the video interview. Its exactly how the reviews on here make it out to be; five questions, with a three-minute limited response time. About a week later, I recieved my email inviting me to the Face to Face interview in DFW. I would recommend arriving at least an hour in advance so you can get your bearings. Once you are checked in, you complete a quick writing assignment and then complete a group ice-breaker activity. Everyone is split up into groups and brought into the group inteeview rooms. After a one on one review of your qualifications, you may be offered a Conditional Job Offer (CJO). I was elated when I recieved mine and then was quickly moved into a separate room for paperwork, fingerprinting, and a drug test. I really enjoyed the process and my time with the members of the recruiting team. Remember to smile, be yourself, and don’t get yourself too worked up over questions you may not have answers to.
