HAHA i just want to say this was my second time around and American Airlines has for sure left a sour taste in my mouth. This was my second time getting to the face to face interview and i dressed in an $800 suit had great answers never stuttered like almost 80% of everyone else fully prepared and answered every question AWESOME and they still did not pick me. I wish i could post a picture of myself how i looked today but i can’t. I definitely have every qualification and background experience to qualify for this job so honestly i have NO clue what they are looking for. My advice is look super plain, DONT stand out, don’t look completely clean pressed and perfect, don’t look too pretty or they will probably get jealous, and have the most basic answers ever to any question you get asked. Basically dumb yourself down.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
