Applied online on AA's job board. 1 day after submitting application received an email saying my resume is receiving additional review. 7 weeks of no updates but then got an email from the recruiter asking me to complete an excel test (industry knowledge, specific around revenue management). 1 week after I was invited to an in-person interview at their HQ. 1 hour interview with a manager (75% revenue management related, 25% behavioral). 2 days later I received an offer.

What factors would you consider before launching a new regional route?
If a route that usually has a full plane is suddenly taking off with a lot of empty seats, what factors would you examine to find out why this is happening?
I got referral for the revenue management market analyst position. I was able to do first round of interview that was virtual. I got invited to second round of interview that is in-person.
