Interview
A very friendly and cordial experience, the interviewer did his best to ensure that each candidate was relaxed and comfortable. The entire two-day interview process was a very positive experience.
Smooth and good, we got along with the interviewer and overall it felt a good environment and seemed organized. I believe that the staff was very welcoming since the first minute, they offered me tea and water and the talk started as a day to day conversation
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
process very competitive but people are very friendly and helpful. process took long, sent few emails and they responded fairly quickly. be patient. don't know what else to say. use an interview prep company for sure. made a huge difference. be authentic. they want to learn you.
They brought you into the museum and showed you a video about the company and then were interviewed by two pilots at the same time as everyone else. They were friendly, however only hired pilots with military or 121 experience in my interview class.
