1. Online application.
2. Next day - Invited to complete online assessment.
3. Two days later - Invited to complete a video interview.
4. Three weeks later invited to DFW for face to face interview.
5. Completed in person session within one week.

Did my homework and was completely prepared for questions. I even went above and beyond by researching AA history and studying up on 2013 company goals by department. Nothing stumped me. If you are ready for a typical F/A or Customer service job interview with good examples, you will do great.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
