The interview was not formal, they didn’t know what to ask exactly. They were not professionals it all and as a group interview, no one had they turn , whoever answer was who shouted the loudest. Horrible experience, if you go prepare for a professional interview you won’t know what to say.

Disjointed, uncomfortable. Panel interview that was very awkward and several people didn't seem to know what to ask. The manager that this position would report to was not even there.
