The process took a couple months so don’t get stressed out lol.... the face yo face interview was amazing, very warm feeling they really make you feel comfortable. The face to face process started off as a group of people with everyone in one room and as they introduced themselves and their company they broke the big group down into smaller groups for a group project, and right after that everyone picked a question that they had to answer in front of the smaller group once that process was done they had amazing snacks and beverages I mean everything was yummy lol they brought everyone into the room where they talked about the company more and had a chance to see how company has grown through the years after that they called people out to send them home. Overall the process was FUN please don’t over study or drive yourself crazy with the “right things to say and do” and just be yourself
