Interview
Apply on American Airlines careers web site and reach out to a friend working in AA to get a referral. Got an email 1 week later to set up a phone interview. One week later got an email saying they wanted me to fly to Dallas for an interview. Once in Dallas I had a tour of their new headquarters, had 3 different interviews with Finance Managers and an excel test. Two weeks after my visit to Dallas got an offer.

The interview process was well organized and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, and each step was structured in a way that made expectations easy to understand. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience.

Round one - Virtual, Round two - HQ at Fort Worth 2 interview and Excel test. One person at each interview, nice people with great experience. I recommend learn more about the industry. The Excel test is checking your Excel skills and financial knowledge
