It was a full day process, I sat in a room with about 3 other people and we all got interviewed together by two men asking us questions in a group. Once hired we took about 4 hours doing the on boarding process and paperwork. They also did the drug screening and finger printing during that process.

It was a fun and easy interview, the interviewers divide you into two groups Group 1 and Group 2 they have you introduce yourself they are looking for personality and honesty. They ask 3 questions. They also give offers same day.
It went exceptionally well. It was in this interview where I learned about the behavioral interview STAR Method. This is comprised of situation, task, action and result. As you answer each question using this format you want to be honest and always put yourself in a good light. Even if you did not know how to do something or you made a mistake, you explain what you learned from the experience to now have become stronger in that skill set as an employee to better serve the customer.
