Two phase process. First phase could be over Microsoft Teams, Webex, or face to face. Second phase is definitely face to face with many scenario based questions. Talent Acquisitions will either email or call you to set up the interview. If your first interview is face to face, be sure to prepare yourself for background checks, urinalysis, and proper forms of government ID for work.

Interview Process was average. Not enthusiastic about robotic interview process. All the other stages are manageable, basic interview questions relating to customer service, booking, and sales. Scenario questions, and finally group interview rounds.
