Received screening interview with HR basic questions about your resume. Then invited me to a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the manager was ok. She had a lot of questions and they are really interested on what you know about excel. Also make sure you have scenarios prepared for challenge behavioral questions they ask I would recommend using the STAR approach. The manager was really discombobulated, I was totally lost.

Round one - Virtual, Round two - HQ at Fort Worth 2 interview and Excel test. One person at each interview, nice people with great experience. I recommend learn more about the industry. The Excel test is checking your Excel skills and financial knowledge

The process was fairly smooth. I was contacted by recruiter for interview after online application to set up the interview. It was a virtual interview with 2 current team members.
