Interview panel with several people from different areas of the organization. They asked tough and probing questions, but if you believe in the organizations values and do your research, you'll be fine. It's a three stage interview-- the panel, the next stage is the written test, the third is with the Director. I was asked to come back in to take the written test, but unfortunately the pay was too much of a cut. I was really disappointed because this is an organization that seems wonderful to work for and I really liked their understanding of collaboration for the common good
