After sending a resume and cover letter, I received an e-mail within a few days of the position closing period. Scheduling an interview was simple, but I wish I had known that I would be meeting with a panel of attorneys as opposed to just meeting with the managing attorney. But not a problem, because they were all friendly and intelligent. They spent about 25 minutes asking about me and the rest of the time was allotted to answering my questions.
Then they take you through a skills test lasting about two hours. It wasn't particularly difficult, but did provide some insight into the organization's needs.
