Met in main conference room with supervisor. Was very nice. Asked questions about my resume, just wanted to get a feel for who I was. Very encouraging about all aspects of my resume, one of the best interviews I've had. Called back later that day to tell me she enjoyed meeting me and offered me the job.

One virtual behavioral interview. It was on zoom and very straightforward. It took about 2 weeks to get a response. Unfortunately, I did not move forward in the process. I think they were looking for people with more experience.

Why ACLU? What experiences do you have that relate to the role?
I had a really pleasant and overall interview experience. One round with two staff attorneys. Asked straight forward questions about my experience, interest, and work. I received an offer about a month after.
