Interview
It was really good, the interviewer was nice and kind of informal. Interviewer first eased me in by asking some typical interview questions (why ACLU, why this position, etc), and then asked a few things off my resume. Later, the interviewer asked some tough questions but was kind in the face of my mistakes.
It was really informative, they asked a few questions about my prior legal experiences and ways that I could contribute to the team. It wasn't too specific, and I felt comfortable answering their questions.

Through zoom, very easy to navigate. Interviewer was friendly and prepared. I could tell they were looking for someone with more experience but that is okay. Overall I did not get the job but that’s okay
I interviewed with 2 people who asked a series of straightforward behavioral questions. None of them were particularly difficult. I thought they would ask more about me but instead they asked more about why I wanted the job and the environment I was looking for etc.
