Phone initial interview then 2 interviews after initial if they move forward with you. They are really nice and want to know how you will adapt to the position. The phone interview was super quick and then from there you receive a follow up email.

Interview
One phone interview with recruiter, one phone interview with director. Was told by recruiter to let them know if at any time i received another offer or was curious about timing. I did. No response. I was told by director i would find out if i moved on or not by a specific date. Never happened. I checked in a couple times about timing and gave up. It would have been better if they said if you don't hear from us by a specific date, we are moving on with other candidates.
