I applied online. I interviewed at American Civil Liberties Union (Washington, DC) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. i made it to the final round which was the third interview of the process. Each interview is just meeting with different team members you would be working with/for and them getting to know you. The final interview was a little more difficult because they asked more "hard-hitting" questions - nothing crazy just more in-depth and thoughtful questions.

What is a book you read recently that would relate to this position at the ACLU?
Incredibly long. I met with someone once, then didn't hear back for a month. Once I heard back, they tried to interview me for the wrong position but have filled the internship I applied for. I did not hear back again.
