I applied online. I interviewed at American Civil Liberties Union
Interview
Applying for, scheduling, and going through the interview was straightforward. The folks I spoke with on the State Supreme Court Initiative Team were friendly and professional in my interview. However, even though they told me during the interview they would give me updates on my candidacy status in case I had other offers pending (which I did), they never responded to my follow-up emails and ultimately ghosted me. I've had better recruiting experiences from underresourced nonprofits, government agencies, and corporate firms alike, so I feel like the ACLU doesn't have an excuse for this lack of courtesy to even send a rejection email so I don't leave other employers on hold.
