Quick easy screening with HR then a 3 on 1 panel with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The technicals were pretty easy basically just showing that I understood the power systems and scada industry at an elementary level which was not hard. Behavioral questions were standard like difficult coworker, competing deadlines etc. They were all really nice and told me I would hear back the following week as interviews were set to conclude the next day. However, it has now been a month, and I have not heard back and have accepted another offer since then.
