I had a teams call interview with three people, it was laid back and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was offered a position after the first interview.
The interview was rushed and did not leave any time for questions at the end. It was hard to show gratitude and ask for feedback. It was a good diverse group of interviewers.

Interview
A recruiter called me and asked me some filtering questions. She then set up the interview. When I arrived I talked to the recruiter first for a bit, then be interviewed by the area manager and the supervisor at the same time.

Question 1
They have a list of questions that HR has created to go by. Most interviewers use several of these and then ask questions of their own. This interviewer went down the whole list, several pages. I was told a decision would be made in 2 weeks however it has been 3 months and there has still been no decision. However I am still in contention for the position.
