I applied online. I interviewed at American Express (Sydney)
Interview
Applied online for the position, there was an initial phone interview then a psychometric test. I was invited for the group interview. The group interview was about 2 hrs long and HR said they will get back to us. I did not get a reply in a week and called, left a voicemail. HR never called back but I got a rejection email. I emailed HR asking if they can give a feedback. No reply. I called HR and he switch my call off. Got the message... I am sure Amex is a great place to work in but it speaks volume about how the company treat the rejected candidate..

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Question 1
I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
