Submitted my resume at my university's career fair and received a call about an hour later to schedule an on-campus interview the next day. Interview took about 30-40 minutes roughly, wasn't too bad. Interview was conducted jointly by a recent graduate and an experienced employee. Questions were a mix of case questions and behavioral questions.
