I saw the job opening one Jobstreet and applied the same day they advertised. They call me back the next day for a first phone interview, then proceed to language assessment with another HR personnel at the same day.
So to sum it up, first interview is about language assessment to check your fluency of languages, and for the opening that I've applied, they've assessed my mandarin, Cantonese and English.
After the phone interview, I was required to do the assessment thru the link that they've send to my emeil, it's about how to provide appropriate answers to the scenarios.
Then, if you make it through all the interviews and assessment above, they will call you within three days, in my case they called me the next dayafter I've finished my online assessment. They scheduled a face to face interviewed and briefed my about the job scope and things to prepared before I attend to the interview.
Face to face interview day, 28/2/2017, I've arrived one hour earlier before the interview at menara weld. Try to be friendly, because everyone there, they are very professional and friendly, you don't want to mess up your first impression.
The face to face interview consisted of four stages, first is to introduce about yourself. Try to related every personality that would be adding credits to your job. Next they will ask you about your previous employment and education. Third, they will create a scenario and you have to answer the question based on your previous experiences. For example, they've asked me how do I handle a dispute situation in your past experience and how did you resolved it as well as what did you learnt from that. And second question is what is the difficult moment that in your past working experience that you encounter with your customers and how do you propose your solution and does the customer satisfied? Then, they will do a role play, I have to be the authoriser picking up a call from the in another room.
So I would say the whole interview process is quite a good experience for a fresh grad, and you have to know to is the job is all about and be well prepared. Speak confidently and be nice all the time, they are looking for true talent and it's a good place to work.
