This was my second time applying for a position at Amex because I really wanted to work for the company however my suggestions is that you shouldn't have someone apply and take an assessment that takes 1,000 years and then call someone for a "phone interview" just to reject them and waste time. I applied online on the 14th I got an email to schedule a phone interview on the 27th. Your application is unnecessarily lengthy idk if that's to discourage people and also the so called phone interview was just someone read me a disclaimer told me about the position and asked two questions she didn't even sound like she had my resume then when I asked her about the job she basically told me the training is 3 months wow but I guess that's Miami nothing is professional or organized worst job market ever!

You need to ask questions then they want to ask about your experiences at previous jobs and then role plays. One of the person was unprofessional and I couldn't concentrate on the interview.
