I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was of three parts. First there was a Hirevue video interview, followed by a phone screening and then onsite interview at their NYC branch.
Was a bit surprised in the onsite interview. Was supposed to be a 3 hour interview. The interviewers were late about an hour and the interview was not even an hour. Kind of disappointed after the process.
Good experience with most questions suitable with experience and aligned with the job description. It was a pleasant experience with focus on the correct topics. Have had 1 round till now.

Interview was not tough at all
Interview went well very straightforward questions. Nothing awfully complex. I really like how they structured everything. Looking forward, attempting this again in the future. very huge company with lots of opportunity.
