I completed the online application process serval times and they finally sent me to the next step, the assessment. One week after completing the assessment I received an email to complete the digital interview. I plan to complete it tomorrow after some research.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. You are asked behavior interview question that require the STAR method. We were broken up in breakout rooms and were interviewed by multiple associates. We also had to role-play.

Sine this is a work from home position and you don’t have a team leader or supervisor on site to assist with and questions regarding a customers account tell me about a time where you had to handle a situation without involving a team leader or supervisor.

It was an interesting, but pleasant experience! First you receive a phone interview if you qualify. Afterwards, you complete a 2-hour virtual interview via web cam with several hiring managers and other applicants. They will tell you about the job, expectations, and training schedule.
