Did a phone interview with a recruiter which was positive then a group interview at American Express. The interview team was 30 minutes late to the interview and not very apologetic for it made excuses for tardiness. Insulted my 15 years of military experience as not applicable to civilian experience.

One 30 minute interview with the recruiter and another 2.5-hour group interview with 5 hiring managers, "speed dating" style (you and another candidate vs one manager). All behavioral questions! Followed by one phone call role play.
