A phone interview with no direction. I was actually initially rejected and then called back months later. Set questions with no variation and people with little knowledge of the position. No feedback and rejection was by email (after a final round) which is inappropriate for a high level position.

I had a 10-15 minute phone interview with their in-house HR recruiter. I then had a follow-up phone interview with the head of the group to whom I would be reporting, which was about 30 minutes long. I then came into their offices for 4 in person interviews with 4 people in the department.
