To arrive at the assessment center there was one first step with cover letter and CV, then 2 tests (math, logic, verbal reasoning and situational), then recorded interviews (quite tough as they give you the question, then 30 seconds to think and 2 minutes to talk). If all goes well you get to the assessment center, where around 30 people compete for about 6 spots. It's a tough day, many interviews (personal) and group tasks, as well as a personal business case to be presented to managers.
